Found OrangeCrest Appliance Service online after my thermostat went haywire. I was kinda worried, but they turned out great! The guy who showed up was on time, which is rare these days, and got straight to work. I live in Orange, CA, so it's cool to know there's a reliable local option. Everyone needs their thermostat working right in Southern California, right? Anyway, he explained stuff along the way, like what was wrong with my thermostat, but didn't overwhelm me with jargon. It turned out to be a simple fix, which was a relief. You could tell he knew his stuff. The whole process was pretty smooth, not like those nightmare stories you hear. Honestly, I’m keeping their number for the future because if my thermostat goes down again, I know who to call. Would definitely recommend them for thermostat repair. I’m just glad to have found an honest service out there!
